Larry and Andy Wachowski are bringing us Speed Racer, starring Emile Hirsch and Matthew Fox as Racer X. It’s scheduled for release on May 9. Gruber and Benjamin discuss as the first order of business on Episode 13. I agree with them: the Mach 5 looks hot, but totally faithful to the original. Here’s the trailer.
